Treatment Methods
Minimally Invasive Phlebology
No general anesthesia, no large incisions, no lengthy recovery. You can — and should — walk right after the procedure.
EVLA
Endovenous Laser Ablation: the Biolitec laser seals the affected vein through a tiny puncture. 40–60 minutes, local anesthesia, home the same day.
Learn MoreCLaCS
Transdermal laser plus a sclerosant into the feeding vein in a single session — for spider veins.
Learn MoreSclerotherapy
Ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy (Echo-Foam) and microsclerotherapy with magnification optics — eliminates spider veins with no incisions and no visible marks.
Learn MoreMiniphlebectomy
Removal of varicose tributaries through micro-punctures of 1–2 mm — no sutures, no noticeable scarring.
Learn MoreVein Ultrasound (Duplex)
Duplex scanning — a precise map of your venous system before treatment. Performed personally by the doctor at every appointment.
Learn MoreVascular Surgery
Open and minimally invasive surgery on major arteries, and creation of vascular access for hemodialysis.
The right method is chosen during your consultation based on vein ultrasound results — there is no one-size-fits-all solution, only the one that is right for you.

Reviews
What Our Patients Say
5.0
rating on medical review platforms
«I came in with varicose veins: I work on my feet, and by evening swelling, pain and heaviness were wearing me down. A diseased vein with a failed valve was found. The operation took about 30 minutes — no more painful than an ordinary injection, and I returned to my normal life right away. Thank you for the lightness in my step and healthy, beautiful legs!»

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Does laser vein treatment hurt?
The procedure is performed under local (tumescent) anesthesia: what you mostly feel are the anesthetic injections themselves; during the procedure most patients describe only light pressure. Afterwards, an ordinary painkiller on the first evening is usually enough, if needed at all.
How long does the procedure take, and when can I go home?
EVLA takes 40–60 minutes. About an hour after the procedure, you walk out on your own — no hospital stay is needed.
Is general anesthesia required?
No. All minimally invasive treatments are performed under local anesthesia: you remain fully awake, can talk with the doctor throughout, and get up and walk immediately afterward.
Will there be any scars?
EVLA and sclerotherapy are performed through a needle puncture — virtually no marks are left behind. With microphlebectomy, the 1–2 mm incisions heal without sutures and leave no noticeable scarring.
When can I return to work and exercise?
Walking is encouraged right after the procedure — it's an important part of your recovery. Most patients return to desk work the following day. More vigorous exercise and heavy physical activity can typically resume in 2–4 weeks, as agreed with your doctor.
Can varicose veins come back?
A vein that has been closed with laser does not reopen. However, varicose vein disease is chronic: over time, other veins may enlarge. That's why I recommend an annual follow-up duplex ultrasound — any new veins caught at an early stage can be treated with sclerotherapy in a single visit.
Can veins be treated in summer?
Yes. Modern techniques allow varicose vein treatment year-round. In summer, we simply pay closer attention to compression stocking guidelines and sun protection.
What language are consultations held in?
Russian or Uzbek — whichever you prefer. I explain all recommendations and findings in plain, straightforward language, without unnecessary medical jargon.
