Phlebology Service Prices
In phlebology, an honest price can only be calculated after a vein ultrasound — it depends on the stage of the condition, the diameter and length of the affected veins, and whether one or both legs are involved. That's why instead of vague 'starting from…' figures, we follow a transparent policy: after your diagnostic scan, you receive a written estimate that stays fixed throughout your entire course of treatment.

We deliberately do not publish sums on the website: an honest cost in phlebology is calculated from your ultrasound findings, not from a one-size-fits-all price list. You receive an exact written estimate at the consultation — it is fixed before the procedure.
What's Included in the All-Inclusive Estimate
- The procedure itself and the physician's work
- Tumescent anesthesia
- Consumables (laser fiber / catheter, sclerosant)
- Follow-up check-ups with vein ultrasound as per the care plan
The exact scope of the estimate is confirmed in writing before the procedure — no surprise charges at checkout.
What Affects the Cost
Stage of the condition
Early-stage spider veins may require just one sclerotherapy session; advanced varicose veins typically call for a combination of methods.
Vein anatomy
The diameter, length, and tortuosity of the vein influence the consumables needed and the duration of the procedure.
One or both legs
The scope of intervention and anesthesia differs accordingly — and so does the estimate.
Combination of methods
EVLA is often combined with miniphlebectomy or tributary sclerotherapy during the same visit.
Why «prices from…» without an ultrasound are misleading
The scope of treatment for two patients with identical complaints can differ several times over: one vein or both legs, a single sclerotherapy session or a combination of methods. That is why an advertised «from…» price is almost never the final one. Instead of teaser numbers — a written estimate based on your ultrasound that does not change during treatment.

What bothers you most?
Common questions about prices
Why aren't exact prices listed on the website?
Because an honest phlebology estimate is always individual — it's calculated based on ultrasound findings: disease stage, vein diameter, and length. Any 'starting from…' price without a diagnostic scan is simply misleading. After your consultation with vein ultrasound, you'll receive a precise written estimate.
What's included in the all-inclusive EVLA price?
The physician's work, anesthesia, a single-use laser fiber and consumables, compression marking, and scheduled follow-up appointments with vein ultrasound. Everything is itemized in your written estimate before the procedure.
Is a consultation required before the procedure?
Yes. Without a duplex ultrasound scan, it's impossible to select the right treatment method or provide an accurate estimate. The consultation already includes an ultrasound of both legs and a personalized treatment plan.
Is the price for both legs simply double?
Not exactly — it's not a straightforward multiplication. Certain costs (anesthesia, consumables, time) are calculated based on the actual scope of work. Your precise figure will be in the written estimate after the ultrasound.
How much does the consultation with ultrasound cost?
It is a fixed-fee service — the cost does not depend on the complexity of your case. The administrator will quote the current fee when you book by phone or Telegram.
What if the scope turns out to be larger during the procedure?
Nothing changes for you: the estimate is fixed in writing before treatment starts and is not recalculated «along the way». This rule is stated in the estimate itself.
